Im intending to replace the m.2 Sata with a NVMe drive and add a further 2.5″ SSD to the system.

Can you provide me with my Windows 11 product key and a link to recovery media thanks.

Also can you advise me on the latest BIOS update for my EQ12. Photos below.

Cadfiel Is the hard drive in your machine’s m.2 slot is come with SATA hard drive? If so, the machine’s m.2 interface only supports SATA hard drives, not NVMe hard drives. The machine’s BIOS is already the latest BIOS and does not need to be updated. The system files and tutorials have been sent to you via PM, please check

Apologies for hijacking this post but my unit (EQ12) was also shipped with the SATA M.2 drive. I swapped it out for a WD SN580 NVME drive. It seems to be working well. I had understood the PCIe bus only supports 1x (not 4x) and was prepared to accept that. But it is definitely speed testing out at approx 800MBps and the previous SATA was around 450MBps. Am I correct in assuming these numbers are genuine and I have a better performing solution?

Please check the hard disk interface specifications of the machine in the picture above. The speed of nvme is faster than sata.
