GTi14 works with Hagibis USBC dock?

Hello, I just purchased a Beelink GTi14. I am trying to get it to work with my 15 in 1 Hagibis USBC dock.

Mouse and Keyboard works fine, but I can’t seem to get the display to work from the HDMI connected to the dock. I have to plug HDMI directly into the minipc instead. Anything I can do to get this to work?

Hi there,

The PC only work with our docking station. Other docking station might have incompatibility issue.
Our docking station will be launched in one more week.

I just tried it with an Anker usb C docking station and HDMI out works via the thunderbolt 4 port in the back of the gti14. It does not work from the usb C port in the front. I do not think the front port supports video out.

I purchased mine a few days ago and am thinking of returning it. The only thing I like about it is that the system is very quiet and has a PCIE slot, however my main issues are:

System draws 3.2 Watts of power even when powered off.
Fan is always on even when idle and the system is warm.
Performance benchmarks are lower than expected when I compare them with youtube reviews of the same system with exact same benchmarks.

I also purchased an SEr8 and I love it. Not having any of the above issues. I will probably return it and purchase the Mini PC X7 which has 2 thunderbolt 4 ports and other extras but I think is much more noisier.

Hi there,

① The front USB C doesn’t support video output.
②To solve the problem of getting warm after power off, please disable fast start up in the system. Go to Control Panel, click the Power Options. Select the Choose what the power buttons do. Uncheck the Turn on fast startup (recommended).Select Save Settings.

I have already disabled fast startup and it did fix the issue of not being warm when powered off.
I currently have two issues:

Why is it drawing 3.2 Watts of power when completely powered off?
I adjusted TDP in bios but performance is still poor, especially in multi core synthetic tests it is about 20% slower than similar systems and what youtube reviews show. I wonder is there is some other bios setting to look at. The fan is completely quiet even at 100% cpu load.

Please go to BIOS and send us a picture your MAIN page, we will check if you need to update the BIOS.

After you disable the fast startup , it will solve the problem.
But it will still have power in the USB port even if you turn off the PC, because the PC has the WOL function that once the PC is off, you can wake it up via a wake-on-Lan software. This function needs power.
