Hi, I Just gotten sei14 from amazon last monday. Since day one , i’m experiencing system hang (or freeze) which requires hard powered down to reset it once a day or blue screen of death while i’m doing something with MS Visio. Was using it for office work only. Bios default is T115. Should i update my bios? And any difference between the Max battery performance , max non - turbo performance and max turbo performance in the cpu power management setting in bios? Attempted to ask via amazon but seller is a bit slow in responding. Thanks

Please send us a picture of the SN on the bottom of the PC, and go to BIOS and send us a picture of the main page, we will send you the BIOS to update .

I’m having a similar issue with my sei14 with bios T115. The PC hangs every once in a while and I need to force a reboot. No blue screens. Here’s my info:

    I am also having similar issues with my SEi14. The PC stops responding after a random interval between 3 and 24 hours after booting and I need to force reboot.

            support1 I’ve updated the BIOS to T118 and will let you know if I experience any system freezes that require a hard reboot
