GTi 12 freezes unexpectedly

My PC:
GTi 12 Ultra i9-12900H with a dock as bought from the official bee-link site
GTX 1660 Ti as eGPU

My problem:
Sudden and unexplainable freezes of the entire PC. It just display a singe frame and no sound ish being played. It mainly occurs when playing games on eGPU but simmilar problems occur on iGPU. After about 5 to 30 min of playing PC must be manualy hard restarted for everything to work again.

On top of that after reinstalling Windows both ethernet ports stopped working (USB on them works fine), finger scanner cannot be set up and WiFi connection constantly looses signal even when its standing right next to the router.

What I’ve tried:

reinstall Windows
update BIOS
tinker with CPU settings (power saving and heat related)
check validity of RAM and SSD

I cannot posibly imagine what is a root cause of all of these problems, seeing that all software is up-to-date.

Please there be any saviour from my hurdles as I trully can’t give up just yet as it’s my first proper computer that I’ve bought 🙁

Hi there,

Please go to device manager and disable integrated graphic.
And please send us a picture of your docking station.

Hi, thanks for reply.
I’ve managed to fix some of the problems by updating the drivers to newer version, but the main issue still persists.
Even after disabling integrated graphics and unpluging connecting cable PC still can’t hold fore more than 15 minutes before eventual screen freeze and forceful restart.

Please repeatedly press delete key as soon as you turn on the PC, go to BIOS. Please send us a picture of the Main page.
By the way, is the PC overheating?

As for the overheating, I’m not sure how to check it “professionally” but for what I can feel when touching the PC it runs very hot. It makes me wonder wether it might actually just be that simple. Though I’m not certain how to cool such a mini PC correctly.

Although after checking again this happens also just after turning PC on, as such PC doesn’t have enough time to heat up.
