Apparently SER9 launched with only one option 32GB RAM and 1TB disk. How about a 64GB version? – Disk size is easier as it could be upgraded, but memory is soldered.

RAM is important to try LLM’s over 32b. Since HX370 seems to have one of the most powerful NPU in the market, we need upgradable RAM or 64+ RAM options. It would be great if we knew how much RAM can we configure to be used by the NPU. (There is a BIOS setting for the iGPU that we can utilize the at most half of the system RAM, is it the same for the NPU?)

        There are no plans for gray ser9 production at this time.

          so, is 64gb version available right now or not? it says “preorder now” on this website, but when will it arrive if ordered?
          also, found this variant (ser9 64gb/2tb), on amazon store (but not sure if it’s genuine, and it says “1 item left in stock”)
