Oh, I just tried to install windows with an original Windows 11 kit and, apparently just before I start anything I’m prompted to provide some drivers for the hardware:
Can I have the link where I can download these drivers?

Hi.
Any answer on this?
I checked on the Drivers page but My EQR5 is not even listed as a model:
Where do I get these drivers from?
I’m very sorry but if I’m not able to install the Windows from scratch I will return this product. It will be a shame because I really like it how it moves and works. But if I’m not able to re-install my Windows when needed, I will definitely not keep it.

The driver that I’ve got is SER5500U5560U5600Hdriver, but my Device is EQR5.
Do they use the same drivers?

Is there any answer on my previous question?
Do I have to use this driver or there is another one specific for EQR devices?
My time is running out and I was not able to do much with this since I bought it.
Thanks.

Yeah, they definitele are not good for my EQR5,
I unzipped them on a USB drive and tried to load them but it still does not show anything there if the “Show only compatible drivers for this PC” is cheched.
If I uncheck it it shows the drivers that you sent me but I will definitely go on and install with incompatible drivers.
Please send the drivers for my EQR5 system. Like I said my returning window is ticking closer and I will return the pc if I’m not able to re-install when necessary.

Well that’s the whole idea of re-installing the Windows. I want to be able to install with the original installation Kit from Microsoft, not a modified one. Anyway. If you say that the SER5 and EQR5 have the same drivers, I will give it a try later today and see how’s going.

Hello,
I have the same installation issue. After I tried the drive, and it did work to install Win 11.
