Changing the system language for GTi12

Good afternoon, I tried to change the system language from Chinese to Russian, and for this I installed the package, but it was only partially applied on the settings control panel. I want to uninstall Windows 11 Home and reinstall it by downloading it from Microsoft’s website with the Russian installation package. And I will need a license key for this, can you write to me in private messages?

Mam ten sam problem, zainstalowałem z oryginalnego pendrive i zainstalowałem język polski ale jak u kolegi nie wszystkie elementy otrzymały język polski Kupiłem komputer bez RAM i dysku. Mam tez problem USB4 po zainstalowaniu oryginalnego Windows 11 w wersji polskiej. USB4 działa z szybkością USB2. Proszę tez o najnowszy bios. Czy USB4 będzie działać tylko z Windows 11 zainstalowanego z Waszego nośnika Image description

Hi. I have a similar issue. I receive my new Beelink Mini PC S12 Pro, Intel 12ª geração Alder Lake - N100 (até 3,4 GHz), 16 GB DDR4 RAM 500 GB PCIe SSD, but the win 11 came with chinese language. As the windows licence alows only one language I couldn´t change it.

How can I chenge the windows language?
