buzzing noise SER9

Good morning, does anyone have experience with the noise levels of the SER9? I’m not talking about the fan, but rather an annoying electrical noise that I think comes from the CPU/GPU (OR PSU?). While it’s present but tolerable during normal use, as soon as I run a demanding application or game, it becomes very annoyng (is an high-pitched electrical sound). Could this have something to do with the C-State? Are there any tests I can perform to try to reduce this annoying electrical buzzing? Thanks, and sorry for the long post.

You can try to clear CMOS firstly: First,please unplug the power supply and HDMI cable. Please press the pinhole of “CLR CMOS” with a pin for about 10 seconds.Ten minutes later, plug the power supply and HDMI cable, turn on the PC again. Please wait about one or two minute, if you can go to the system,
Please repeatedly press delete key as soon as your restart the PC, go to BIOS. Go to Boot option, enable fast boot, press F4 to save.

Hello!
I clear CMOS and setting fast boot in bios. The buzzing noise during game is now changed (a little less high) but always udible. The are any other options for my SER9 to minimize this noise? Tnx in advance.

EDIT: i try tu unplug the monitor calbe ( hdmi ) in game and the electrical noise disappears. If i plug the cable, it reappears. I tried 3 hdmi cables, but the result is the same

MasterGio sorry for speaking into it, but I have heard it in one YT review, where the guys told it comes out from the speaker. Please try to unplug the speaker ribbon cable and if the annoying sound is eliminated, use it without speaker. It is just a guess, but worth trying.

support4 HI support4, you are welcome, this is a German review video, so use subtitles, but he explains the problem clearly and also shows examples on this sound interference. This in unfortunate, but it also happens to many other small form factor computers. my Thinkpad also has this annoying humming sound in dead silence.

The buzzing noise is barely noticeable at idle and very noticeable during demanding tasks like gaming. Any possible options to change in the BIOS? Thank you.

It is suggested that you can change the performance to high performance in the power option to see if it improves.
