Hello,

I’ve been trying to figure out ways to fix the analogue audio drivers on my newly purchased Beelink SER6. I noticed that the audio in and outs are really low, pretty much unusable even when boosted up to 150%.

I looked into installing the Realtek Driver for linux, but it seems to only be supported for Linux kernels under 5.18. I am currently running Ubuntu 24.04 which uses the kernel 6.8.

I also tried to look at older Beelink-forum links, but it seems like the website is not working?

Any help would be appreciated!

Thanks

squishy changed the title to Ubuntu Analog Audio Drivers for SER6 Super Low Volume .

hello, have checked that with related person, We don’t have the relevant Linux driver. Maybe the new version of the driver is not compatible. We recommend that you use the old version of the system and driver.

Hey, I’m facing the same issue on the SER8 too, and I honestly think it’s not about whether you’re using Arch, Fedora, or Debian—it’s all about Realtek, and it could even be tied to the BIOS settings! My gut feeling is that the analog audio only works with that super-special Windows driver, but there might be a BIOS-related tweak that could unlock it. It’s all a bit of a mystery, but adjusting some settings in there might help fix it!"

    Hello,

Your BIOS version is already the latest, so you don’t need to update the BIOS version again.
You can find analog audio drivers at kernel.org.

    Best regards!
