SER5 Pro Multimedia Controller driver

To the Support staff,
I received my SER5 Pro with Windows version 21H2. This version is EOL and would not update, so I had to install 24H2. After installing 24H2, Other Devices needs a Multimedia Controller driver. The SER5 Pro 5800 driver folder is empty and the driver zip file failed to completely download 3 times.

Please let me know how to find this driver.
