I connected the power cable and HDMI cable and turned on the switch after receiving the SER9.
But, I can’t see any screen.
It’s a monitor I keep using and when I plug another laptop into that HDMI cable, the screen comes out well.
So I can confirm that the monitor and HDMI cable are fine.
What should I do?

    Hello there,

Sorry for the trouble. Don’t worry, the PC has one-year warranty.
Could you please send us a picture of SN on the bottom of the PC ?

    Here are some potential solutions:
You can try to clear CMOS firstly: First, please unplug the power supply and HDMI cable. Please press the pinhole of “CLR CMOS” with a pin for about 10 seconds.Ten minutes later, plug the power supply and HDMI cable, turn on the PC again.
Please wait about one or two minute, if you can go to the system, Please repeatedly press delete key as soon as your restart the PC, go to BIOS. Go to Boot option, enable fast boot, press F4 to save.

If the problem persists, please try other solutions:
1.Please take out the RAM ,please clean the contacts of the RAM with a rubber.

2.Please change another HDMI cable or power supply.

3.There might be something wrong with the hard ware components. Please take out the SSD and RAM and then put them back , make sure they are installed properly.
Also please clean the gold finger with a rubber. Here is the tutorial:https://mega.nz/file/7nwDmCaL#UyzSmVkqJG8HW9dhjHhLkkzdP9gt2Br3xyCG1SCdbrA
If it still doesn’t work, please try to replace SSD and RAM or put the SSD or RAM to other devices to test if they work.

4.And pls try to take out one ram out, and then just leave one in the box to see if that machine could work, and the same way to test the other one , to see if that is ram issue.(if your ram is more than 8gb)

Please let us know what happens after you try these steps.

    Have a nice day!

I can’t attach the picture of SN because it’s size big. (3MB)
And, I can’t do what you told me because I have to go out now. I’ll do it when I get back in the evening.
By the way, I’ll try CMOS initialization, but I don’t want to work on opening the bottom cover.
I’ve got this as a new product but it doesn’t boot normally from the beginning, so why should I do this?
If you try CMOS initialization tonight and it still doesn’t work out, I will ask for an exchange for another new product.
    Thanks.

      Hello there,

Ok, I suggest you try clearing CMOS first.

If clearing CMOS does not solve the problem, it is recommended that you contact our after-sales mailbox: support-pc@bee-link.com

We may apply for repairs or replacement for you.

      Have a nice day!

      Hello,
I tried to reset the CMOS as you told me to do, but there was no change at all.
I ordered the product and waited for almost a month to receive it, but I’m very disappointed.
It’s a shame that I bought it with high expectations because it has enough specifications as a Copilot+ PC with AMD Ryzen AI 9 HX 370 processor.
I think maybe I got the wrong defective product because I was unlucky.
Anyway, I don’t want to spend any more time on this product, so I’m going to ask the seller for a refund.
