Hi all,

I’ve been having problems since day 1 with my machine, stuttering when playing videos.

I’m been playing in the bios, and maybe changed something to do with the graphic.

My box now powers up, can hear the fans….but no video on display.

whats the correct way to use the green clr cmos button on the front?

Thanks,

Phil.

Tried everything that I can find on the forum.

Cables out, power off, press green clr cmos button for 10 seconds. wait 10 minutes, power back on.

Everything spins up, but no beelink splash screen.

Hi there,

Could you please remove the SSD and see if you can go to the BIOS ?
If not, please remove the CMOS battery for a few minutes and plug it back.

    Hello there,
Here are some potential solutions: First, please unplug the power supply and HDMI cable. Please press the pinhole of “CLR CMOS” with a pin for about 10 seconds.Ten minutes later, plug the power supply and HDMI cable, turn on the PC again.  Please wait about one or two minute, if you can go to the system, Please repeatedly press delete key as soon as your restart the PC, go to BIOS. Go to Boot option, enable fast boot, press F4 to save.  Here is the tutorial  [ https://mega.nz/file/2nIRGaYI#M2aIM2bkOJshrhE8sK8MNiKopfyHlqyjnn86TypZp2w]If the problem persists, please try other solutions:

①Please change another HDMI cable or power supply.

②Please take out the RAM ,please clean the contacts of the RAM with a rubber. Here is the tutorial https://mega.nz/file/XqZX0TIR#_DtO2oa4aRP4bWtvxgKLj4QGhBpQ959cg5U3Yw4u1Cc or  https://mega.nz/file/7nwDmCaL#UyzSmVkqJG8HW9dhjHhLkkzdP9gt2Br3xyCG1SCdbrA

③ Please take out one RAM and leave the other one in it to test if the RAM is defective or not. When testing, please turn on the PC, and wait about one minute, if you can go to the system, Please repeatedly press delete key as soon as your restart the PC, go to BIOS. Go to Boot option, enable fast boot, press F4 to save.

④Please tell us if the Keyboard light is on ?(Very important). If the keyboard light is on, it should go to the system, we need to troubleshoot HDMI or the monitor.

Unfortunately the Bios is corrupted and couldn’t re flash it using bios programmer as the bios chip is un readable and can’t be unlocked 😢 😕 😞

All the components—RAM, SSD, and HDMI cable—are functioning correctly. I tested on another PC
