These are external device drivers, if the machine is working properly just ignore them.
They will be installed automatically when you connect different devices.

I Don’t think that is accurate. If I “Uninstall” the devices, and then “Scan for hardware changes”, they pop right back up.

That means that they are attached directly to the computer…
