Jay Ruck support7 Hello, I would prefer for us to continue to communicate in this forum, instead of by private message. Thank you.
alphapapaactual https://www.elevenforum.com/t/enable-or-disable-system-guard-secure-launch-for-firmware-protection-in-windows-11.29233/ Can anyone verify if this tutorial works?
Chippy I have the same issue, BTW. Not a big deal I think, but if there is a fix, I would be grateful if you can share it perhaps?
support4 alphapapaactual Hi there Please go to AMD website for this driver to install . then try again
alphapapaactual support4 I can’t find that file. Can you provide me with a correct link to the AMD website?
Chippy alphapapaactual I couldn’t find it there either, only on some third party download site that I didn’t want to trust. But FYI it’s in the drivers package on the Beelink website. https://dr.bee-link.cn/?dir=uploads%2FSER%2FSER9--AI-9-HX-370%2FDriver Though what this is supposed to help, I am not sure because I imagine you have it loaded already!
support10 alphapapaactual Hello there, Could you please send us a picture of SN code at the bottom of machine ? Could you please take a picture of the BIOS main screen of your machine for us to see? Here is the tutorial of how to check the BIOS version: https://mega.nz/#F!yuISGa4I!s1bQQajKwnsEdzjqq4nopQ . Maybe updating the BIOS can solve your problem. Have a nice day!
zwipp24 I have the same problem which is causing also an error when I try to install Windows Update on my Beelink Ser9. I already have spent several hours ro fix the Windows Update issue or even performed a Windows 11 Inplace Refresh. Having received a message that there is an error occurring during First Boot. Changed BIOS various times with different settings - no result. Always receiving error codes indicating there is a driver which is causing a conflict with the security settings of Windows. Can`t find out which driver exactly it is, since there is no exclamation marked driver in the settings configuration of the hardware devices. SN: BHX374BF10040 Thanks for your assistance in this issue!
alphapapaactual I think the problem is that I don’t have Windows 11 Enterprise… But I still can’t enable Credential guard.
support4 alphapapaactual Hi there Enabling Credential Guard requires hardware support for virtualization technology. Ensure that your CPU supports and has virtualization technology enabled ( AMD-V). Additionally, you need to enable Hyper-V and Core Isolation in the system.
alphapapaactual I can now confirm that Beelink has solved the issue with its latest firmware. Just don’t forget to run the EoM file. https://www.bee-link.com/blogs/all/bios-update I also got Credential guard up and running. I know some people had issue with this as well.
support6 alphapapaactual Hi there, Thank you for your efforts. If you have any questions in the future, please feel free to let us know. Best regards! Yue Customer Support
