Hello,
I have recently updated my SER6 6900HX to 32GB RAM from 16GB.
When trying to enable S3 (Suspend to RAM) in the BIOS, saving the changes, and exiting the BIOS, the next time I go into the BIOS I see that the settings are not saved and are reset to the default.

I have tried using the CLR CMOS pin, but that didn’t seem to help as the settings still didn’t save.
Any recommendations on what could possibly help resolve this issue?

    Hello,

Please send us a picture of SN on the bottom of the PC and a picture of the purchase record.
Please send a complete screenshot of your current BIOS version page.
Here is a link on how to check the BIOS version:https://url.bee-link.cn/EqEu
After you provide the current BIOS version, we can determine which one your BIOS is suitable for?

    Best Regards!

Additional question: is it only this setting that is not saved or all others as well?

      Hello,

1.S3 is no longer supported. Currently all machines are modern standby.
2.Your BIOS version is already the latest, so you don’t need to update the BIOS version again.

      Best regards!
