I have the problem when start windows is bluescreen
but can go to safe mode normally

i try to reset windows but after 100% complete it go to blue screen again
i try to install new windows with the file from Beelink support “AZW_SEi12_WIN11pro英德西意日法俄中up918_AX201_20221105”
after boot this file from usb it become to blue screen also

i try to insert any bootable windows 10 11 it will be go to bluescreen same…

Could you please help me

②Please take out one RAM and leave the other one in it to test if the RAM is defective or not. When testing, please turn on the PC, and wait about one minute, to see if you can go to the system

I’ve actually tried removing all RAM modules and replacing them with new ones I have. The system can boot into the BIOS normally, but it fails to load Windows or any other operating system from a bootable USB or CD. Instead, I’m met with a continuous blue screen error.

Please press delete key as soon as you turn on the PC, so that you can go to BIOS. Please send us a picture of the Main page.
