Buenos días, lo que ha pasado es que desde que compré el mini pc, Beelink SER5 5500U, he tenido un problema que si lo dejo en el gestor de energía del procesador con el 100% por defecto, al cabo de un rato se reinicia, y si lo dejo al 99%, este problema ya no se produce, me gustaría que me ayudaras a solucionar este problema o si será una actualización de la Bios. Les agradezco su colaboración y si es esto último, ¿cómo es el paso a paso para su actualización?

The temperature reached almost 100 degrees, well today the thermal pad arrived and I changed it instead of the paste and it started to work excellent because at 100% the processor now goes up to a maximum of 68 degrees.

I already realized that it is not temperature and that when I put it in the power plan, in the processor’s power manager at 100% maximum from one moment to the next it restarts

I’ve been having the same issue for a few months with my Beelink SER5 5500U; random restarts even though the temperature is fine and memory tests show no errors.

This week I even decided to completely reinstall the system, but the problem still persists.

@EEdithson, did the BIOS update finally solve the issue for you?

I’m also attaching a photo of my PC in case it helps to check if a BIOS update is available for my model.
