Hi,
I have been experiencing multiple problems with this machine. Repeated crashing for a multitude of reasons.
I did a fresh install of windows and re-loaded all the drivers from Beelink.
Still no resolve, it remains a completely unstable computer.
Bought it from Amazon on July 2022 and have reported the problems to Beelink in 6th December 2024.

I have since purchasing the unit found that it was supplied with hard (dry) thermal Paste and inadequate cooling for SSD.
I am very unhappy to have bought a relively expensive product and for it to fail in only 2 years and likely for the reasons above.

For me to rescue the machine I would like to know if I am able to get a warranty claim
or
What steps I need to take to to establish the problem aside from what I have already done:
Fresh install of windows
RAM checks & RAM Removal
SDD removal / clean fingers and re-install

If I need to replace the CPU/GPU could I replace with AMD ryzen 5800u with this SER 4? or will I need to do other changes to the system to get this machine back up and runnung in a stable state.
I ask this because I am not able to locate anywhere to purchase a replacement CPU AMD Ryzen 4800u

Glad to help, Sorry for the trouble when using.
But CPU can`t be replaced by the customers i am afraid.

Please try some solutions here :
1.CLR CMOS
First, please unplug the power supply and HDMI cable.
Secondly, Please hit the “CLR CMOS” button/hole for about 10 seconds.
For some models the CMOS hole could be in the Audio port .
Please wait until 10 minutes later (THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT),
Then plug the power supply and HDMI cable back in, turn on the PC again,
once turn on the PC, you will need more than one minute to wait for the PC to enter the system.
See if it works. Please try few more times.

2.Please Download the AMD tool and reinstall the drivers. , https://www.amd.com/en/support/download/drivers.html

I have completed this and the machine is still crashing with no change to the better, only worse.

Any other suggestions greatfully received

There are a few things you can try:
① Please test the RAM with Memtest
② Please use Diskgenius to test if there are bad sectors for the SSD.

Did you try to fully reset the PC? like deleting everything including a fresh install on windows?
What about updating your drivers?
