I just purchased an EQR5 with 32GB of RAM. I have a couple of questions.
- Is there a VESA mount for this?
- I’ve run into a problem when using Aura Antivirus. I’m not sure whether it’s a conflict with Windows 11 or with the hardware interface, but I get an error when trying to use the Aura VPN. It says there is already a Wintun VPN connection and tells me to disconnect that first, but I can’t find a way to do that because I don’t know what has created the VPN connection. Eventually it shuts down all internet traffic until I uninstall Aura. I think the problem is with Aura, therefore, but it might be something in the BIOS that I could tweak. Supposedly Wintun VPN is used by BitDefender but I’m not using that software.
Anyone have any advice about this or has anyone else run into this problem? I have tried turning of Windows Defender, but that didn’t resolve the problem and probably made it worse. Anyway, I could use Aura without trying to launch the VPN, I suppose, but that sort of wastes half of its utility.
