Hi,
I just purchased an EQR5 with 32GB of RAM. I have a couple of questions.

  1. Is there a VESA mount for this?
  2. I’ve run into a problem when using Aura Antivirus. I’m not sure whether it’s a conflict with Windows 11 or with the hardware interface, but I get an error when trying to use the Aura VPN. It says there is already a Wintun VPN connection and tells me to disconnect that first, but I can’t find a way to do that because I don’t know what has created the VPN connection. Eventually it shuts down all internet traffic until I uninstall Aura. I think the problem is with Aura, therefore, but it might be something in the BIOS that I could tweak. Supposedly Wintun VPN is used by BitDefender but I’m not using that software.

Anyone have any advice about this or has anyone else run into this problem? I have tried turning of Windows Defender, but that didn’t resolve the problem and probably made it worse. Anyway, I could use Aura without trying to launch the VPN, I suppose, but that sort of wastes half of its utility.

    15 days later

I also an a new EQR5 owner and I wanted to add a SECOND nvme drive to my minipc. All I could find was a youtube video of a SER5 minipc.

My problem is I can remove the heat sink from the top nvme drive that came with the minipc but I’m having trouble removing the small board
that has the front connectors (power, audio, usb). The directions say to remove two screws of the small board BUT I only see 1 screw. I removed that screw and tried to gently remove the small board but I’m afraid I might break it if I try anymore. It looks like the USB on the small board is
    not clearing the plastic front.

Any videos, suggestions? Do I not want to break the small board ?

I removed the two small screws holding the ribbon cable and VIOLA, moved the ribbon cable out of the way and underneath the ribbon cable
was the second screw. Then the small board came out and I was able to install a second NVME.
