For the Model SEi12-12450H

I’ve encountered an issue while attempting to back up and clone images using Aomei Backupper. The restored images result in a black screen. Could you please recommend alternative backup and restore software?

it possible to keep the image backup file from other software ?
from you link the DisGenius can only clone but can’t keep the image.
