Broken games in GTI12 ABD EX dock 7900xt!!

my games crashes all the time with a gti 12. connected to the ex dock with a graphic
Card XFX 7900 xt.. any solution? can ex dock be updated firmware? Or another solution?

The EX dock doesn’t have the firmware to update.
What games are you playing ?
Does the games crash if you don’t connect to the ex dock ?

It happens with big games. Doom Eternal. Warhammer 40k 2, Hellblade 2, etc. They crash. You play for ten minutes, 30 minutes… and they freeze. You have to restart the system. The graphics card has been tested on another computer and it works fine with the same games. I have seen a solution (which I don’t know if it would work in my case) by going into the BIOS but for Asus boards but it is different from the Beelink BIOS. And I don’t know if it will be the same cause. Thanks

My system exhibits instability too when enabling C-states in BIOS. Why don’t you give it a try.

How about you update the driver of the EGPU ?
If the problem persists, you can send the item back for checking
