    Asier Hi there,

The EX dock doesn’t have the firmware to update.
What games are you playing ?
Does the games crash if you don’t connect to the ex dock ?

It happens with big games. Doom Eternal. Warhammer 40k 2, Hellblade 2, etc. They crash. You play for ten minutes, 30 minutes… and they freeze. You have to restart the system. The graphics card has been tested on another computer and it works fine with the same games. I have seen a solution (which I don’t know if it would work in my case) by going into the BIOS but for Asus boards but it is different from the Beelink BIOS. And I don’t know if it will be the same cause. Thanks

My system exhibits instability too when enabling C-states in BIOS. Why don’t you give it a try.

      Hi there,

How about you update the driver of the EGPU ?
If the problem persists, you can send the item back for checking

Please go to AMD Driver Download Page:
        https://www.amd.com/en/support

Steps to Download and Install the Driver:
        Go to the link above.

Use the Auto-Detect and Install Tool (recommended for ease of use) or manually select your product:

        Product Type: Graphics

Product Series: Radeon RX 7000 Series

Product Model: Radeon RX 7900 XT

Click Submit to find the latest driver for your GPU.

Download and install the driver by following the on-screen instructions.

        Notes:
Ensure you uninstall any previous GPU drivers before installing the new ones to avoid conflicts.

Restart your system after the installation is complete.
