Hello,

I have a Beelink GTi14 Ultra AI PC with an Intel® Core™ Ultra 9 185H processor. I recently purchased two Kingston 48GB DDR5-5600 SO-DIMM memory modules (model: KVR56S46BD8-48) (here’s the link to the product on Amazon):
https://www.amazon.com/Kingston-ValueRAM-5600MT-Non-ECC-KVR56S46BD8-48/dp/B0CY2WDZCN

After installing the new RAM, I noticed a red LED light inside the PC (which was not lit before). The PC failed to boot, and I was unable to access the BIOS.

I removed the new RAM and, after reading a forum post, updated the BIOS from version T102 to T108. I also reset the BIOS settings to default. The PC now boots successfully with the old RAM, and the BIOS version shows as T108.

However, when I reinstalled the new RAM, the red LED no longer lights up, but the PC still fails to boot, and I cannot access the BIOS. I tried installing only one RAM module at a time, testing both the lower and upper slots, but neither configuration worked—the PC still does not boot.

What else can I do to resolve this issue? Are there any specific BIOS settings I need to configure for this RAM to work properly?

Thank you in advance for your assistance!

ktibr Hi there, how about you try another brand like crucial RAM?

      2 months later

support1 , unfortunately, can’t change mine to new, from another brand, like crucial. May be later, when sale mine (or may be you adopt bios, so mine will be suitable?) 😉

ktibr Hi,it is still seems to be a compatibility issue. However, you could update the BIOS to T110,if you need it,we can send the link and tutorial to your private discussion.

ktibr Hi,we had send you the files and tutorial, please check.

Hello! Could you give me the Windows key to reinstall the system with new nvme and 96Gb memory? And tell me which firmware version to install to update Thunderbolt 4 (I want to connect an Arzopa Z1FC mini monitor)? My serial number is B185H4CH50061. And what`s the latest bios for my system?

Oldnick111 Hi,please send us a picture of SN(2lines) on the bottom of the PC,so that we can send you a key.
Please repeatedly press delete key as soon as you turn on the PC, go to BIOS. Please send us a picture of the main page, we will check if you need to update the BIOS.
