Hello Tom,
Here are some possible solution:
Check Your Internet Connection: Ensure your mini-PC is connected to the internet.
Select a Nearby Region Temporarily: If the United States isn’t listed, try selecting a region that shares the same time zone or language settings (e.g., Canada or Mexico). This will allow you to complete the initial setup.
After setup, you can change the region to the United States:
Go to Settings > Time & Language > Region.
Change the country or region to the United States.
Restart the Setup Process
Restart your mini-PC and see if the region list reloads correctly. Sometimes, a simple reboot can fix the issue.
Skip the Region Selection (If Possible)
Check if there’s an option to skip the region selection step during setup. You can configure the region later in the system settings.
Update the System
If you can get past the setup screen, check for system updates. An outdated system might have incomplete region lists.
Go to Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update and install any available updates.
Hope this helps.
Have a nice day!
Best regards!
