Hi everyone, new to the forum. Just bought the SER5 Ryzen 7 5850U series. SNY58505DH42144 and its a great PC. Yesterday the bluetooth no longer worked, nothin. Tried everything possible and still nothing. Drivers and windows 11 Pro up to date. The speaker I have been using works on all my other devises. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks R4G

Hello! Try uninstalling and reinstalling the Bluetooth drivers from Device Manager, and try to run the Windows Bluetooth Troubleshooter. If the problem continues, you can try looking for BIOS updates or resetting the Bluetooth settings.

Just wanted to say that my Bluetooth also stopped working this week, Ser5 Pro. Had no problems up until then. New window updates would resolve it but its back to failing. I will try these steps provided. Thanks. Edit: My Bluetooth is now working with these steps. Resetting the CMOS did not help. I ensure to start the services and then ran Bluetooth diagnostics, Despite the troubleshooter being unable to full resolve the issue. The problem seems to be fixed for now. Thanks!

Hi, i get always this message in my SER 8: “unable to start the device. (Code 10)” STATUS_DEVICE_POWER_FAILURE" I have tried these solutions: uninstall driver, updated it, cleared the CMOS, but nothing changes. I have had this problem since I bought the PC (one month ago)." If i unistall bluetotth device and reinstall it , after restart it runs. But when i start the pc (maybe one day later) appears again “unable… (code10)..” Can you help me please?

Dex71 Sorry for the trouble. Don’t worry, the PC has one-year warranty. Please send us a picture of SN on the bottom of the PC and a picture of the purchase record. Please also provide a screenshot of the main BIOS page of your machine and we will check if your BIOS needs to be updated.

Beelink CS-Rose Restart the device. When the circling appears, press the power button for 5 secs until the device shuts down. Repeat this process two or three times.

When you see the repair page, choose Advanced options, go to Troubleshoot - Advanced Options - Reset this PC.Choose to keep your files and apps, just your files or to keep nothing

i have uninstalled the card from device manager.
I could not choose advanced options , it did everything automatically (windows 11) , I could not choose whether to keep files and apps. it did it by itself, now it works, … hopefully for more than 2 days …

Hello - I have a SER9 Ryzen AI HX 370 with 32GB RAM and have the same problem with the bluetooth module power error. I’ve tried - resetting CMOS, updating driver, running the troubleshooter. Is the next step trying to update the BIOS? Serial number starts with D, and my current BIOS is T204.

① Please try to uninstall the Bluetooth driver and install the Bluetooth driver we provide
