SER-6 Pro - BIOS Update & Driver Downloads

Hello,
I want to check if there is a BIOS update for my PC.

Model: 9Y.UP3450834B10 (Box Sticker) / SER6-P-E 321TBEJ0W64PRO-DP/XΑ
Serial: Y69004IF00302
BIOS Version from Main: 2.22.1292 ©AMI 2024

Also, I would like to obtain a zip file with the drivers, as I would like to wipe my machine and reinstall Windows 11. I have my product key saved to my Microsoft account already.

Finally, I have read there was an issue with WiFi that I periodically experience. Something to do with the antenna placement. From what I remember reading, it was an easy fix. Please describe how I can fix this antenna placement issue or if I can get a replacement wifi module.

3) At times my computer will go on the fritz and the WIFI acts up. It will connect, but there won’t be an internet connection. I’ve disabled and re-enabled the device in device manager, I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the driver… everything I can think of to troubleshoot this. I read online somewhere that these models have an issue with antenna placement near the front of the machine that results in interference, which would explain the ability to connect but not give a connection. That’s the only thing that makes sense to me. I currently am using a wired connection but would like to be able to reliably use the WIFI.

Hello there,

Your BIOS is the lastest.

Here are some solutions for the wifi:

1.Please clear the CMOS. Please turn off the PC , unplug the power supply, and put the pin in the pinhole and press it for about 10 seconds , restart the PC after ten minutes. Here is the tutorial [https://mega.nz/file/XypwTISY#DVT0BsjOgiPkZ-drQaj88JH9Z7f7qpKGP2E3nMHW8ms]

Make sure that the distance between the PC and the router is less than 6 meters.
Please uninstall the wifi driver and then resatart the PC to see if it works.
Please right click the windows —setting -troubleshooting —other toubleshooters— internet—run , let the PC diagnose the problem and solve it automatically.
Go to device manager , click the property of the Intel WiFi driver —advanced–choose property 802 ax, value also choose 802 ax.
Please make sure your WIFI signal is full.

7.Please right click the windows–computer management–double click Services–①Wlan auto config–start the service, ②WWAN Auto config —start the service.

8.Please go to the windows terminal (admin) > type in : sfc /scannow > then wait until finished.

Right click windows –go to settings—network & internet—-Advanced network settings–network reset–reset now
