SER 7 can't load Windows, can't restore windows, can't run safe mode.

Hi, it’s as written above. The system can’t restore itself and the support files seem to be in a mess– surely there’s one BIOS file to reflash the system?

Hello there,

1.Could you please send us a picture of SN on the bottom of the PC and a picture of the fault screen?
2.Please press delete key as soon as you turn on the PC, so that you can go to BIOS. Please send us a picture of the Main page.
We will check if you need to update the BIOS.
