My Beelink GTR7 7840hs, USB4 not working (rear USB4) Cannot use eGPU (TH3P4G3), cant use USB C Monitor Already newest BIOS (V38), All Driver updated Please help

Hi there, your BIOS is the latest one. Please go to AMD website and download the auto-detect program.It will update some chipsets and video drivers automatically. It will identify and install appropriate drivers for their AMD hardware. Already done Update all drivers include AMD Auto Detect Chipset Update USB 4 Driver Rear USB C cannot use external display or egpu

So, whats the solution? USB4 at rear port not working No configuration in BIOS to Enable or Disable USB 4. I saw another BIOS from another brand (Same chipset) have configuration in BIOS for USB 4, but there’s nothing in beelink Bios

I already sent an email. So there is no workaround for this problem remotely? I was serach about this problem, and I notice, many GTR7 owner have this problem too, their USB4 doesnt work. Its work before, but then its become not working. Is that software or Bios related?

Update : After communicate via email with beelink, still no real solutions for this. They ask me to send the unit and pay for all the shipping and repairs myself, which was too expensive for me since I was overseas. So another dead end,, Its really weird, because I have several mini pc older than beelink GTR7, and all USB4 works fine, but this unit USB4 does not work well, and the support service does not have a real solution for this problem, even though many GTR7 owners experience the same thing. I am not buying this brand again.

support1 Hello, I have reinstalled the operating system as instructed. Although option “Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power” can now be unchecked, but nothing has changed.
The two USB4 ports (rear) still do not recognize USB storage devices if I plug them in directly. Devices such as Thunderbolt docks are also not recognized.
I still don’t understand why USB storage devices are only recognized when plugged through a powered hub. Is there any setting in the BIOS related to this issue?

Gemvn Hi there, ①please fully reset the BIOS by unplugging the PC, removing the CMOS battery for 5 minutes, then reinserting it. ② If the problem persits, the problem might be that the USB4 PORT is defective. You can send the item back for checking and repair.
