SER5 Dual-monitor broken after WIN11 24H2 update.

Dual monitor SER5 all working fine until WIN11 24H2 update January 2025.
Now only primary monitor works
**** WIN11 System commands:
System > Display > Multiple Displays > Detect Other Display >
“We didn’t find the other display”.

Please send us a picture of SN on the bottom of the PC.
① Update the driver. We will provide you with the corresponding driver based on your SN number.
② Right-click the desktop → Display Settings → Click the “Detect” button. Select “Extend these displays” or “Copy these displays” in “Multiple Display Settings”.
③ Interface problem, if it is a DP interface, you need to use a DP cable
④ Please try to change the HDMI cable

Thank you for the updated driver ZIP file.
I have also replaced the HDMI and Display cables as you recommend.
Forgive my ignorance, but where can I find the procedure to update the driver? Do I simply unzip the driver file?
