I’m wondering if I could get a spec sheet for a SER5 PRO with AMD Ryzen 7 5850U, 32GB RAM, 1TB NVMe SSD. This was purchased about a month ago on Amazon. I don’t see it listed anywhere on the BeeLink website. Thanks.

Please note that the 120KB upload restriction made this a bit difficult! Thanks!

      Hello there,

The SSD of SER5 5850 is M.2 SSD NVME 2280, which supports a maximum of 2TB SSD.

Is there any other program running on the machine when you transfer the data

You can try to clear CMOS firstly: First, please unplug the power supply and HDMI cable.
Please press the pinhole of “CLR CMOS” with a pin for about 10 seconds.Ten minutes later, plug the power supply and HDMI cable, turn on the PC again. Please wait about one or two minute, if you can go to the system.
Please repeatedly press delete key as soon as your restart the PC, go to BIOS. Go to Boot option, enable fast boot, press F4 to save.

Another question related to the same mini PC (SER5 PRO with AMD Ryzen 7 5850U):

Please tell me if I am correct that this PC can accommodate both of 2 TB M.2 NVMe SSD, and a 2 TB SATA-3 SSD, so total of 4 TB split between the two types of storage?
