Windows 11 Pro won't activate for SER8 8745HS

I recently purchased a Beelink SER8 mini PC 8745HS, which originally came with Windows 11 Pro preinstalled. Due to troubleshooting issues related to TPM detection and Windows activation, I had to reinstall Windows manually, starting with Windows 10 Home, and then upgrading to Windows 11 Home.

Now that my system is fully functional, I have encountered an activation issue—Windows 11 Home is installed, but my system does not recognize the original Windows 11 Pro license.

I have attempted the following troubleshooting steps:

Checking for a BIOS-embedded OEM key using PowerShell and WMIC (no key was retrieved).
Running Windows activation troubleshooting.
Attempting to upgrade to Pro using a generic key (Windows does not recognize an existing license).
Checking if the license was linked to my Microsoft account (it was not).

Already contacted support and they sent me a product key that does not work. Not sure what else to do…

Could you please send us a picture of SN code at the bottom of machine?

Is the current version of Windows installed on your machine Windows Home or Windows PRO?

The key provided by the after-sales staff is only used to activate the Windows PRO version of the system.

If you have a Windows PRO version installed and the key doesn’t work, we can send you a new key.
