I bought this via Amazon back in 2023 - ((Beelink SER6 Mini Desktop PC with AMD Ryzen 9 6900HX 8C/16T, 16GB DDR5 500GB NVMe M.2 SSD, Triple Display Output, WiFi 6, 2.5G RJ45, Bluetooth 5.2 W-11 Gaming Mini Computer ) ) its been working great until the other day. Will NOT power up. I checked the output voltage on the power supply - all good DC voltage is correct -so power supply output is good .
When I push the power button on the front of the unit - nothing happens ! This could now have become a very expensive paperweight - any help and suggesitons would be appreciated !

    Don’t worry, the PC has one-year warranty. Please send us a picture of SN on the bottom of the PC and a picture of the purchase record. Here are some potential solutions: First, Please turn off the PC , unplug the power supply, and press the CMOS button (if no CMOS button, please put the pin in the CMOS pinhole and press it ) for about 10 seconds , restart the PC after ten minutes.     ①Please change another HDMI cable.

    ③ Please take out one RAM and leave the other one in it to test if the RAM is defective or not. When testing, please turn on the PC, and wait about one minute, if you can go to the system, Please repeatedly press delete key as soon as your restart the PC, go to BIOS. Go to Boot option, enable fast boot, press F4 to save.

    ④Please check if the fan spins? Is the power button on?

    ⑤Please tell us if the Keyboard light is on ?(Very important). If the keyboard light is on, it should go to the system, we need to troubleshoot HDMI or the monitor.

      support6 - I tried all your suggestions - sadly it will NOT power on. This is a bad time for this to happen, as I need a pc to do my income taxes before end of April .. really not in my budget to have to replace this right now… so frustrating that this amazing pc has worked so well until recently…
      Problem : No power , no fans , no power light , power supply output voltage 19v dc = ok

      1) CMOS reset = no change
      2) Cleaned RAM modules x 2 , tried them both , then one at a time = no change
      3) Tried plug in keyboard = no keyboard lights , tried multiple USB port options = no change
      4) NO fan spins , no lights , power supply output voltage = Good = no change
      5) Tried another HDMI connector and tested both HDMI ports = no change

        If none of our solutions work, we suggest you take your machine to your local repair shop.

        Or you can consider sending the machine back to China for repair, but since your machine is no longer within the warranty period, you need to pay the corresponding maintenance costs and freight, is that acceptable to you?

        Yeah thats what I thought - I have a very expensive paperwieght - “local repair shop” LOL thats funny .. I am surprised you do not have a repair shop in Ontario Canada ! Oh well I will have to salvage the RAM & storage the rest is now garbadge.
        I will NOT purchase another product of this type wiltout proper local supprt ever again ! I have had PC’s last me so long that the only reason for upgrade was that they were getting too outdated - but still working ! I guess this is a ‘disposable’ socierty now that if it breaks we just toss $$ down the drain!
        Am I unhappy - 100%
        Will I buy another bee-link pc = NEVER AGAIN ! & I will NEVER recommend one.
