I bought a SER5 MAX AMD Ryzen7 5850U 16GB DDR4, it worked fine, but I wanted to increase the memory and bought 2×16GB modules from this link. I installed them and the computer stopped booting, I can’t even enter the BIOS, please help.

    Will the problem still occur if you use the original DDR again?

    Here are some potential solutions:
    First, Please turn off the PC , unplug the power supply, and press the CMOS button (if no CMOS button, please put the pin in the CMOS pinhole and press it ) for about 10 seconds , restart the PC after ten minutes.     ①Please change another HDMI cable or power supply.

    ③ Please take out one RAM and leave the other one in it to test if the RAM is defective or not. Go to Boot option, enable fast boot, press F4 to save.

    ④Please check if the fan spins?

    ⑤Please tell us if the Keyboard light is on ?(Very important). If the keyboard light is on, it should go to the system, we need to troubleshoot HDMI or the monitor.

        No, with original memory PC works fine.
        I did all the operations you listed, but the computer didn’t start with new memory. New memory works fine in another PC, i tested it with MemTest86 v11.2
        This laptop has 4GB of non-removable memory, so the total memory with one new module is about 20GB.

                    I tried, none of the new memory modules work in any of the ddr slots, I can’t even enter the BIOS.
