My Ser7 that I just purchased is not producing any sound through HDMI, I also have no audio output being shown Sound icon with crossed X.

Can someone please help to get me up and running.

    Sorry for the trouble. Don’t worry, the PC has one-year warranty.

    Could you please send us a picture of SN on the bottom of the PC? Let’s do some troubleshooting. Here are some potential solutions:

    2.Please right click window–click “”setting“—Sound—-more sound setting –click “playback”–right click speaker—properties–controller information —properties—update the driver. You also need to check if the speakers is disabled or not in the  playback setting.

    3. Please go to AMD website and download the auto-detect program.It will update some chipsets and video drivers automatically. It will identify and install appropriate drivers for their AMD hardware. The program works by scanning the user’s system to detect the installed AMD hardware components, such as graphics cards or processors. It then compares the detected hardware information with a database of AMD drivers and software versions.

                Does your monitor and HDMI cable support audio output ?
                have you tested another PC or change other monitors and HDMI cables.
