When updating the BIOS on my GTR-3550, I copied the system files to a USB memory stick and booted it. After that, when I type “fs3”, an error message appears as shown in the image, and I can’t proceed. The same error message appears when I type “fs0”, “fs1”, or “fs2”. What could be wrong?

Downloading drivers, ugh, the bane of my digital existence! Is it ever a smooth process? Finding the right BIOS version feels like deciphering ancient hieroglyphics sometimes. GTR Series, huh? Hope their download page isn’t a labyrinth. Seriously, updating drivers shouldn’t require a PhD. One time, I bricked my graphics card trying to update BIOS and had to, uh, let’s say, creatively troubleshoot it. It was a real [Slope Game]of survival, figuring out the fix! Talk about stressful.

GTR9 Pro AMD Ryzen AI Max+ 395 I had to install Windows from scratch, and there is no way it will recognise the network card and the cable I have connected to it. It worked when it came from the factory, but after installing Windows and using the driver from Download Center, it only works with WiFi. Is there another driver for the network card (not for WiFi)?

LEPT I have the same issue. After reinstalling Windows 11 and installing the original Intel E610-XT2 adapters, the network cards were working perfectly. Then I installed the Mediatek drivers, and after the next reboot, the Intel cards were no longer available. In Device Manager, they now appear under hidden devices. What can I do to reactivate them?

So nothing newer? I was hoping that there was something available to address the SecureBoot certificates so they include the “Windows UEFI CA 2023” version

Hi to all i’got the following error:
[x.XXXXXX] RDSEED32 is broken. Disabling the thecorresponding CPUID

When we can expect a new bios to eleminate this error, and maybe togehther with theEthernet Malfunction problem?

It’s now five month ago, since i bought the GTR9 Pro, and no solution in sight?

What a mess for Beelink and Intel, very dissapointing, for a machine which is so expensive to buy, shame on you!

Maybe i never buy anymore the next machine from Beelink…

I am so sorry for the situation and any inconvenience.
Please try some solutions here :
1.
①Disable the NIC: BIOS > Advanced > Demo Board > “Device 3 Fun 2”: Disabled
②.Boot to OS
③.Run something that brings the temp. up to _75℃ for a while (e.g: furmark with appropriate fan profile)
④.Boot to BIOS and re-enable the NIC
⑤.Please do not remove the power supply.

Please update to intel 1.30 or 1.40 firmware.

①Boot into OS
②.Run FurMark or any benchmark until the NIC drops into recovery mode
③.Once the APU reaches >=75℃, wait for five minutes or more to ensure the PCB won’t cool down immediately once the load is gone
④.Turn off the PC
⑤.Unplug from the wall for two to five seconds, this is required to get the NIC to exit the recovery mode
⑥.Plug it back in and turn on the PC

I am using the GTR9 Pro (Ryzen AI Max+ 395). My current BIOS is GTRP110. Is there a newer update for BIOS. I am having problems making use of the Thunderbolt ports. Are there ant release notes mentioning USB4 / Thunderbolt / PCIe. I’m trying to use the ACASIS USB-C 40Gbps to 10 Gigabit Ethernet network card that was recommended by Beelink support to no avail.
