When updating the BIOS on my GTR-3550, I copied the system files to a USB memory stick and booted it. After that, when I type “fs3”, an error message appears as shown in the image, and I can’t proceed. The same error message appears when I type “fs0”, “fs1”, or “fs2”. What could be wrong?

Downloading drivers, ugh, the bane of my digital existence! Is it ever a smooth process? Finding the right BIOS version feels like deciphering ancient hieroglyphics sometimes. GTR Series, huh? Hope their download page isn’t a labyrinth. Seriously, updating drivers shouldn’t require a PhD. One time, I bricked my graphics card trying to update BIOS and had to, uh, let’s say, creatively troubleshoot it. It was a real [Slope Game]of survival, figuring out the fix! Talk about stressful.

GTR9 Pro AMD Ryzen AI Max+ 395 I had to install Windows from scratch, and there is no way it will recognise the network card and the cable I have connected to it. It worked when it came from the factory, but after installing Windows and using the driver from Download Center, it only works with WiFi. Is there another driver for the network card (not for WiFi)?

LEPT I have the same issue. After reinstalling Windows 11 and installing the original Intel E610-XT2 adapters, the network cards were working perfectly. Then I installed the Mediatek drivers, and after the next reboot, the Intel cards were no longer available. In Device Manager, they now appear under hidden devices. What can I do to reactivate them?

Beelink CS-George To be correct this should not be addressed as a “BIOS” Update. It’s actually the Intel E610-XT2 Firmware (NVM) Update 1.31 previously mentioned here and here.

Please try some solutions here :
CLR CMOS
First, please unplug the power supply and HDMI cable.
Secondly, Please hit the “CLR CMOS” button/hole for about 10 seconds.
For some models the CMOS hole could be in the Audio port .
Please wait until 10 minutes later (THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT),
Then plug the power supply and HDMI cable back in, turn on the PC again,
once turn on the PC, you will need more than one minute to wait for the PC to enter the system.
See if it works. Please try few more times.

Go to the windows terminal (admin) > type in : sfc /scannow > then wait until finished.

I have GTR5 AMD Ryzen 5 3550H with Radeon Vega Mobile Gfx 2.10 GHz and having issues updating 22H2 and part of the issue is cause it doesn’t have TPM 2.0. Pleasea dvise. Other info:

Hello,
Purchased this product from your amazon store which advertised it as GTR5 Ryzen5 3550H.

Let’s start with the bad:

I received a USED computer (wear marks on screws, files already installed in disk other than windows, etc). I will be contacting you through amazon to get this rectified.
The mini pc bios version is from 2020. I had purchased a separate 2tb NVME M2 SSD (PCIE) and only upon trying to install it on the 2nd M2 slot do I realize that its an M2 SATA (this is not shown in amazon specs). We will deal with this through amazon as well.

Why I’m contacting you here: I need to use this machine for a project and I need to use my 2tb nvme as project files are more than 500gb. NVME Disk is new is new so there is nothing on it.

I removed the 500gb M2 the minipc came with and put my 2tb one in the M2 PCIE slot.
When I try to boot, it freezes at the beelink splash screen. It will NOT load into bios.
Returned the 500gb disk to its slot and it loaded bios. Removed fast boot, put a 4s second delay on setup prompt. Saved, exit. Put the 2tb disk back in and with DEL it said ‘entering setup’ .. but it never enters setup.
Used a different M2 PCIE 1tb I have on hand.. it also freezes and does not boot into bios.
Conclusion: My NMVE disks are 4.0 so the bios being 2020 for some reason does not know what to do with it.

So I’m trying to flash the bios hoping it will support the newer NVME’s then. There is no listings in your Bios link for ‘GTR5 3350H’ .. but there is a GTR PRO and GTR 3350 . Since I purchased a ‘GTR5’ in your amazon advert and I do not know your product lines well I need to know what bios this system needs. The miniPC manual says its a GTR PRO .. and inside the minipc there is no markings, no stickers no nothing to ID its model. The case ventilation holes form the word GTR5 .. so you can see how damn confusing this is.

Edit: Also a possible future issue: 500gb disk has a win10 OS upgraded to 11Pro. I copied the Keys down . I have my own Win11Pro CD … I assume I can install Win11Pro in the new NVME (once they work) and use the key that came with the minipc? I will be formatting the 500gb disk once the 2tb one works.

Info, that you’ve kindly provided: “My NMVE disks are 4.0” may give some hint. The “Ryzen5 3550H” CPU supports PCIe 3.0, so we may expect, that upgrade of BIOS won’t help, but you can buy an NVMe to USB 3 adapter, enclosure, and use whole this disk as data disk, external, i.e. having 2.5 TB for your files in total.

It’s a very old PC, I can’t find such CPU listed in their shop now, looks like BeeLink doesn’t have that in offer now. I guess on Amazon there are both new and used options.

NVMe 3.0 disks are manufactured up to 2TB, so it’s a pitty that you’ve bought 4.0 version…

Thank you for the reply. The nvme4.0 should still work as a 3.0 speeds as they are backward compatible so this should not be an issue.

I do have a GTR7 Ryzen 7 7840HS (Radeon789M) and in the operation systems I only have 4GB VRAM available - even when I set 8GB in the bios. I am on Bios V39. Is there any bios version which fixes this issue?

I’m trying to find the latest BIOS (firmware) version for my GTR Pro w. Ryzen 5 3550H so that I can address the upcoming SecureBoot certificate issue – but browsing through the downoad site here, I see many versions posted and it is unclear if I need a specific firmware for the ‘Pro’ version of the GTR Pro?

I’m currently running a very old firmware (likely the same one that the box came with) – 006 dated 2020-08026

It appears the latest version is 009 – i.e. MPC31V009_Beelink(GTR3550).zip

Can anyone confirm if this is the correct file for the GTR Pro 3550H ?
