I have a Beelink GTi14, and after a recent Windows update, my Kinect v2 stopped working. In Device Manager, I now see a Generic SuperSpeed USB Hub with a yellow warning sign. The Kinect requires a stable Intel USB 3.x driver, and it appears that Windows has replaced my Intel driver with Microsoft’s generic one.
I already downloaded the official GTi14 Driver Pack (2024-07-10) from the forum. However, I couldn’t find a folder specifically labeled ‘USB’ inside the package. Could you please confirm:
Which folder in the GTi14 driver bundle contains the USB 3.x hub/host controller driver?
What is the correct installation order to make sure the chipset, SerialIO, and USB drivers install properly?
Right now I have the following folders:
1_Chipset
2_Intel_CSME
3_SerialIO
ETU813.3.6.2.3…
etc.
My main goal is to get rid of the yellow warning on the Generic SuperSpeed USB Hub so Kinect can work again. Any advice or direct driver link would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you!
