Dear Bee-Link Support, I recently purchased a Bee-Link GTi14 with the following specifications: 2TB hard drive, 96GB RAM, and an EX-Docking station for an external graphics card (Nvidia GTX 5070). After assembling everything, I powered on the computer with the preinstalled Windows 11 Pro. Since I prefer a clean installation, I formatted the drive and installed my own version of Windows 11. To my surprise, after installation the system could not detect any Wi-Fi networks, and connecting an RJ-45 cable did not enable wired internet either. Using the SHIFT + F10 command and running oobe\bypassnro, I was able to complete the installation, but I noticed that Windows did not recognize many drivers. I searched for help on the Bee-Link forum and found a driver package from what seemed to be official support. I successfully installed most of the drivers, but some of them still fail to install. Most importantly, I cannot install the network drivers, which means I still cannot fully use my new computer. I also found a link to download the official Windows 11 image for the GTi14 (usually hosted on Mega.nz). Unfortunately, the image is over 12GB, and Mega’s free account only allows 5GB downloads before forcing a 6-hour wait. In my case, the process took a total of 24 hours, and in the end the download failed as the speed dropped to 0kb/s. Because of this, I had no choice but to pay for a Mega.nz subscription just to download the file: GTi14_OS_24H2_Win11_PRO_BE200_8_USER_2024070801.rar However, after extracting it, I discovered that several key files were missing, making it impossible to create a bootable USB drive via the boot manager. The instructions provided were also unclear and not user-friendly. I strongly recommend that Bee-Link stop hosting critical system files on Mega.nz and instead use free and reliable alternatives, such as Google Drive, OneDrive, or similar services. This would save customers from unnecessary costs and frustration. At this point, trying to set up the GTi14 feels like going back to the Windows 95/98 era, hunting for drivers manually—something I did not expect in 2025. Had I known in advance about these issues with drivers and OS installation, I would have reconsidered purchasing this device. Could you please provide me with: A complete and working driver package (especially network drivers). A proper and verified Windows 11 Pro system image for the GTi14, with clear instructions on how to create a bootable installation USB. Clarification on whether the installation issues might be caused by having the EX-Docking station connected during the Windows installation, and if the computer should be disconnected from it when installing the OS. Beelink CS-Jane Dear Support, The links you provided are partially correct, but they do not solve the issue with the network card. The illustrated tutorial is also incorrect, because according to it, several files should be present, yet they are missing in the provided system image. In the meantime, I managed to resolve the problem myself and I now know what the issue was. The driver packages you provide are too outdated, and the GTi14 cannot find the proper driver for the network card. According to the hardware specifications, you used a network card with the Intel Ethernet Controller I226-V. It was enough to simply download the latest drivers from Intel’s website. After installation, the card immediately started working properly. Once I had internet access, Windows quickly found and installed all the other latest drivers.

I have a Beelink GTi14, and after a recent Windows update, my Kinect v2 stopped working. In Device Manager, I now see a Generic SuperSpeed USB Hub with a yellow warning sign. The Kinect requires a stable Intel USB 3.x driver, and it appears that Windows has replaced my Intel driver with Microsoft’s generic one. I already downloaded the official GTi14 Driver Pack (2024-07-10) from the forum. However, I couldn’t find a folder specifically labeled ‘USB’ inside the package. Could you please confirm: Which folder in the GTi14 driver bundle contains the USB 3.x hub/host controller driver? What is the correct installation order to make sure the chipset, SerialIO, and USB drivers install properly? Right now I have the following folders: 1_Chipset 2_Intel_CSME 3_SerialIO ETU813.3.6.2.3… etc. My main goal is to get rid of the yellow warning on the Generic SuperSpeed USB Hub so Kinect can work again. Hi everyone — I’m looking for help troubleshooting an intermittent network drop issue on my Beelink GTi14.

System details

Model: Beelink GTi14

OS: Windows 11

CPU: Intel Core Ultra 9 185H

BIOS/Firmware (per msinfo32): AMI GTi14T110, dated 04/01/2025

SMBIOS version: 3.6

Drivers: I have updated all Intel network drivers to the latest available (Ethernet/Wi-Fi as applicable), and confirmed in Device Manager that I’m not using old vendor-packaged drivers.

Problem description

The machine will randomly lose internet/Ethernet connectivity at intermittent intervals. When it happens, the only reliable recovery is a full reboot. After reboot, networking works normally again for some period of time.

What I’m trying to confirm

Is GTi14T110 (04/01/2025) the latest BIOS/firmware for the GTi14?

I’m confused by Beelink’s firmware naming (e.g., T110 variants/build dates). If there are multiple T110 packages, which one is the most current and how do I verify it?

For anyone who has seen this: did a BIOS update, a specific Intel driver version, or a NIC setting change (EEE/power management, etc.) resolve it?

Any guidance appreciated

Here are some solutions:
1.In Device Manager, right-click your Ethernet adapter under “Network adapters” -> Properties -> Power Management, and uncheck “Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power.”
2.When the network connection is lost, immediately open “Event Viewer”. Check the “Windows Logs” -> “System” section to see if there are any warnings or errors from the network adapter around the time the connection was lost.

I have two of these machines. I implemented the fix on my work machine. So, far I have not had the issue appear, but It’s only been a short time. I will update the bios on both machines, as they are from the same lot.

Hello everyone, I’ve bought a GTi 14 recently, and I cant use any of the two Ethernet ports, it keeps disconnecting every few seconds. Ive tried changing the head of the cable to a new one and it keeps disconnecting me. The only way for it to work its connecting ethernet through a usbc dock I have here. Please help, I turned off the option to allow the device to turn these ports off to save energy but nothing has changed. Please, I dont want to use a usbc dock while have two free ethernet ports in my brand new beelink. Help anybody please.
