Hi Team, I have an SER9 32GB of RAM. Serial Number is YHX374LG8020 SER9-L-321TBVK0W64PRO-DP/XA My current version is: STX.3XX.SER9.V103 Can you please link to the correct bios to flash? There are so many different versions in the SER9 Bios folder.

I have a Beelink SER5. Here are the numbers from the case in case the photo is not available to you. 9Y.UP3190834B10; SN:Y58003CG30853; SER5 MAX-E-321TBEJ0W64PRO-DP/XA. The current BIOS shows version 5800H602 from 6/15/2023 13:49:16. On the files page, 5800H605_LK_20240906_2024-09-14_9-26-52.zip is available. Is this the latest BIOS for my machine and can I flash that file directly or do I need to incremently flash the previous 603 and 604 BIOS files first in order? Thanks.

Beelink CS-June Just a heads up so you stop providing bad info. The TDP of 6800u its between 15w and 28w. You cant just set it to max 15w tdp combined when using igpu and cpu, that’s not a decission of compromise between heat, silence and performance that it’s just a faulty bios, bad implementation an false advertising.

We’ve tested the SER5 MAX with Ryzen 7 6800U and confirmed that its TDP performance aligns with the design specifications.
When running games like World of Warcraft (which heavily relies on the iGPU), CPU utilization stays relatively low, so the power budget shifts toward the iGPU — which is why the TDP might show around 19W in that scenario. However, when both the CPU and iGPU are under load simultaneously (e.g., running a CPU-focused stress test with AIDA64 while also having iGPU-intensive tasks), the TDP can reach or get close to 28W.

Beelink CS-George World of warcraft uses the cpu HARD if you raid.

It also happens in Spiderman 2 that maxes out the GPU and the CPU. In this game the cpu goes down to 0.4 GHz because it’s not getting enought Watts.

Maybe this is working on your machine and i’m happy for you, but we are several people that can’t replicate this. We get cpu problems when running in combined usage, and this need addressing because maybe your machine is working fine, but our machine is not.

I’ve tried running World of Warcraft while compressing video with handbrake, and guess what? 15W.

Thank you for the quick response. I downloaded the drivers and followed the instructions as advised. The device manager does not accept the driver. I unzipped the content. I tried to uninstall the driver and restart then tried to update but no luck. It is always with yellow triangle. Please see the photo.

Okay so you guys really think it’s okay to limit a 45W Chip to 28W. It is NOT!

I know people who own a 6800H, I know what the chip can do if it gets enough power. With 45W the chip can handle gaming, with 28W it can not.

You ignorant liars are advertising the Ser5 Max 6800H on Amazon as Mini PC that can handle gaming. With 28W it can NOT. As soon as you start a game the cores go down to 400Mhz, because it doesn’t get enough power which is absoluteley ridiculous! A 6800H with 45W can handle WOW, a 6800H with 28W can not. As I said this is NOT acceptable, you are advertising it as machine that can handle gaming.

What you are doing is false advertising, this is ILLEGAL. Due to you guys still acting ignorant and lying to us I sent the PC back today and will inform Amazon about this false advertising, I will write comments about it everywhere I can. I just got the SER8 8845HS this week and will be setting it up very soon.

I got the AMD drivers already but can someone please tell me what audio card, network card. and wifi card models inside are?

And any other drivers i will need for a clean install of Windows 11 Pro.

Beelink CS-George George after testing as I said in previous post the performance it’s near the expected level. Can we expect a new BIOS revision that sets the combined TDP over the 28W? Cooling solution seems to perform great and temperatures with the new BIOS are on the 60 celsius range under load. There are other MiniPc Brands that offer performance settings on BIOS for this same CPU to allow the use at around 35W combined TDP. Getting over that limit it’s not worthy because perfomance differential it’s minimal but the improvement from 28w to 35w it’s sustancial. Can you ask R&D and manager if we can expect another review of the BIOS, Also the LPDDR5 it’s running at 5300mhz and when you set it to 6400 on BIOS the MiniPc refuses to boot up (only solution was to clear CMOS)
