Hi Team, I have an SER9 32GB of RAM. Serial Number is YHX374LG8020 SER9-L-321TBVK0W64PRO-DP/XA My current version is: STX.3XX.SER9.V103 Can you please link to the correct bios to flash? There are so many different versions in the SER9 Bios folder.

I have a Beelink SER5. Here are the numbers from the case in case the photo is not available to you. 9Y.UP3190834B10; SN:Y58003CG30853; SER5 MAX-E-321TBEJ0W64PRO-DP/XA. The current BIOS shows version 5800H602 from 6/15/2023 13:49:16. On the files page, 5800H605_LK_20240906_2024-09-14_9-26-52.zip is available. Is this the latest BIOS for my machine and can I flash that file directly or do I need to incremently flash the previous 603 and 604 BIOS files first in order? Thanks.

I was assuming it was the newest, given the date.

I’m actually going to be returning this machine through amazon in this next week. Defective front usb-c port. I have a name brand nvme usbc external flash drive that it won’t read from the front port, only the rear one. I know the drive and cable are both fine, as it works on my old ser5 I was transferring data from.

Also have to say that the performance jump is not very large in comparison to the price difference, but the front port not working correctly is a definite dealbreaker for me. Drive is recognized erratically, freezes the system sometimes, then starts working again. No explanation. Windows updates are current.

I’ve been very satisfied with my ser 5 max, but this system just doesn’t feel as snappy or stable, and while it is marginally faster for certain tasks, it just doesn’t feel like much of a performance increase. It plays certain games a bit better, but not enough to justify the price difference. Faulty hardware port is a big deal.

Never had a significant problem of any sort with my ser 5 max once I had the bios and drivers updated.

Here are some potential solutions:

1.Please clear the CMOS. Please turn off the PC , unplug the power supply, and put the pin in the pinhole and press it for about 10 seconds , restart the PC after ten minutes.

Make sure that the distance between the PC and the router is less than 6 meters.
Please uninstall the wifi driver and then resatart the PC to see if it works.
Please right click the windows —setting -troubleshooting —other toubleshooters— internet—run , let the PC diagnose the problem and solve it automatically.
Please uninstall the WiFi driver in the device manager and install the new one.

Go to device manager , click the property of the Intel WiFi driver —advanced–choose property 802 ax, value also choose 802 ax.
Please make sure your WIFI signal is full.

8.Please right click the windows–computer management–double click Services–①Wlan auto config–start the service, ②WWAN Auto config —start the service.

9.Please go to the windows terminal (admin) > type in : sfc /scannow > then wait until finished.

Because the SER5 MAX 6800 has versions with 24G RAM and 32G RAM, as well as versions with 2.5G network card and gigabit network card, the corresponding BIOS files are different.

We usually can send an email to ask the after-sales staff before suggesting that the customer update the BIOS file.
