I have a Beelink SER5. Here are the numbers from the case in case the photo is not available to you. 9Y.UP3190834B10; SN:Y58003CG30853; SER5 MAX-E-321TBEJ0W64PRO-DP/XA. The current BIOS shows version 5800H602 from 6/15/2023 13:49:16. On the files page, 5800H605_LK_20240906_2024-09-14_9-26-52.zip is available. Is this the latest BIOS for my machine and can I flash that file directly or do I need to incremently flash the previous 603 and 604 BIOS files first in order? Thanks.

1、You can try to clear CMOS :Please turn off the PC , unplug the power supply and HDMI cable , and press the CMOS pinhole for about 10 seconds. Ten minutes later, plug the power supply and HDMI cable, turn on the PC again.

Please wait about one or two minute, if you can go to the system.
Please repeatedly press delete key as soon as your restart the PC, go to BIOS. Go to Boot option, enable fast boot, press F4 to save.

Hello, I recently purchased a SER5 MAX (Beelink SER5 MAX Mini PC, AMD Ryzen 7 6800H(6nm, 8C/16T) up to 4.7GHz, Mini Computer 32GB LPDDR5 RAM 500GB NVME SSD, Micro PC 4K@60Hz Triple Display, Mini Gaming Computer WiFi6/BT5.2/HTPC/W-11 Pro) for my father and he is having some trouble with his machine. I am wondering if this is the newest BIOS version? If it is not, which file is correct? It is hard to tell which BIOS file is for which spec.

When I was installing a fresh copy of Windows 11 Pro the machine would shutdown without warning during setup always at the same point. I ended up finishing the setup by resetting the CMOS with the button in the front. At the moment the machine will restart without warning when he tries to open some folders and tries to play some video files. Do you have any troubleshooting steps to find out what the issue is?

Sorry, got more specific info. It is shutting down without warning when I open a folder and change the thumbnail size to Extra Large. The Event Viewer shows error codes 41 and 6008. Any advice?

Your driver site is quite hard to navigate. It has BIOS drivers here under SER/BIOS/SER5500

The “SERAL201” version seems to be most recent and correct - unsure about all the other zips in the other directories - however even though this is the most recent one from July 2025, the TPM firmware version is still only 3.92.0.5.

As per this page from AMD, this still has firmware bugs, blocking attestation and causing Windows problems:

AMD have said that they provided all motherboard manufacturers in 2022 updated versions, but if they are available on the driver site it’s not clear how to get them.

Moreover, neither of the the Ek Certificate URLs visible from running TPMDiagnostics.exe EkCertificateUrl (on either device) return results from the AMD fTPM. They give 404s. On a newer EQR6 model these at least return EK certs so we can proceed with Windows attestation after some work.

Can you please confirm the latest firmware and - if 3.92.0.5 is the latest one - why the AMD TPM firmware updates from 2022 aren’t available?
