Hi Team, I have an SER9 32GB of RAM. Serial Number is YHX374LG8020 SER9-L-321TBVK0W64PRO-DP/XA My current version is: STX.3XX.SER9.V103 Can you please link to the correct bios to flash? There are so many different versions in the SER9 Bios folder.

I have a Beelink SER5. Here are the numbers from the case in case the photo is not available to you. 9Y.UP3190834B10; SN:Y58003CG30853; SER5 MAX-E-321TBEJ0W64PRO-DP/XA. The current BIOS shows version 5800H602 from 6/15/2023 13:49:16. On the files page, 5800H605_LK_20240906_2024-09-14_9-26-52.zip is available. Is this the latest BIOS for my machine and can I flash that file directly or do I need to incremently flash the previous 603 and 604 BIOS files first in order? Thanks.

The machine boots fine but after the BIOS update it will suddenly, without warning, completely turn off under heavy load like playing a 3D game. I just want to confirm what the original BIOS version was so I can revert to it. If you read back through my posts you will see I have provided all the pertinent information.

Thank you for the informations, the picture with the serial number is in my post up there. the machine has only 16G RAM with an 1G Ethernet Interface. the upload from old BIOS with name SER5H508 to SER5H512 works fine, is done.

Hello Beelink Support Team,

I have a Beelink SER7 (Ryzen 7 7840HS) mini PC that shows a consistent power issue.
The system works fine during normal use, but after I shut it down in Windows, it won’t power on the next morning unless I hold the power button for 20–30 seconds.
A short press on the power button does nothing.
After that long hold, the system powers up normally and works all day without problems.

Here are the system details:

Model: SER7

Serial number: C78404LG80391

Label code: SER7-E-00/K0W64PRO-DP/XA

BIOS version: SER7P5C8V07

EC version: 6.7.0.0.5

Build date: 07/24/2024

CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 7840HS

Power adapter: 19V 6.32A (original)

OS: Windows 11 Pro

I have already tried:

Resetting BIOS to defaults

Disabling ErP and Fast Boot

Disabling Windows Fast Startup

Testing with another power adapter

The issue still persists.

It looks like the EC controller doesn’t wake up correctly after shutdown.
Could you please provide a BIOS update (with EC firmware) or test version that addresses this power-on issue after shutdown?

Here are some potential solutions：

Next,please take out one RAM and leave the other one in it to test if the RAM is defective or not. When testing, please turn on the PC, and wait about one minute, if you can go to the system, Please repeatedly press delete key as soon as your restart the PC, go to BIOS. Go to Boot option, enable fast boot, press F4 to save.

②Please update the BIOS. I have sent you the lastest BIOS file, please check your PM.

③Please change another power supply.

④Overheating. If your PC is overheating, please check if the fan spins. You can also turn off the turbo boost.

Go to control panel —power option—change to High performance— change plan setting—advanced setting —processor power management— change both 100% to 99% , click save.

⑤Update graphics driver: Please uninstall the graphic driver in the device manager and install the new one.
