I have a Beelink SER5. Here are the numbers from the case in case the photo is not available to you. 9Y.UP3190834B10; SN:Y58003CG30853; SER5 MAX-E-321TBEJ0W64PRO-DP/XA. The current BIOS shows version 5800H602 from 6/15/2023 13:49:16. On the files page, 5800H605_LK_20240906_2024-09-14_9-26-52.zip is available. Is this the latest BIOS for my machine and can I flash that file directly or do I need to incremently flash the previous 603 and 604 BIOS files first in order? Thanks.

hello. my SER8 8845HS bios V35 update failed in windows.I updated using a Afuwingui64.exe program on Windows and the verification was completed, but since it did not reboot automatically, I had to force a reboot. system fan is active power on after 5sec. but screen is black and work nothing.

Here are some potential solutions：

1、Please repeatedly press delete key as soon as you turn on the PC, go to BIOS. Please send us a picture of the Main page, we will check if you need to update the BIOS.

2、Please change another power supply.

3、Overheating. If your PC is overheating, please check if the fan spins. You can also turn off the turbo boost.
Go to control panel —power option—change to High performance— change plan setting—advanced setting —processor power management— change both 100% to 99% , click save.

4、Update graphics driver: Please uninstall the graphic driver in the device manager and install the new one.

I followed the instructions and it still is having the same issues.

I noticed you sent “SER32004_32G” even though my BIOS version is 32003_32G. Thus I found @Leovitis post in September and you sent him “SER32003_32G”. I flashed my BIOS with this on a USB and my computer is still crashing when I open 5 tabs on Google Chrome.

I have also updated everything you sent on “EQR6-Driver_2024-08-28_7-29-43”

What gives? Why is such a seemingly great mini PC on paper having so many issues?

I am also plugged into a power strip which as these things plugged in: 24″ monitor, USB desk light, desktop printer.

Hi, I have a problem on BeeLink SER6 PRO 7735HS come with preinstall Windows 11 Pro, after 2 years more the systems become unstable (hang, booting blue screen), At Office I using Linux Debian OS, so I reinstall Debian 13 is working ok, after few weeks have problems too, system hang, kernel panic, booting problem. Is it need to upgrade the BIOS? on attachment i include the BIOS screen and my SER6 Device photos. I hope Admin CS could give me a suggestion/solution.

Yes, Before on Windows (Win11) system have random system crashes, BSOD, even on Start Boot sometime need to repeat.
