Yes, Before on Windows (Win11) system have random system crashes, BSOD, even on Start Boot sometime need to repeat.

I just bought a SER5 5500U, and after fresh install of Win11, audio is not working. Drivers available on your website (https://dr.bee-link.cn/?dir=uploads%2FSER%2FSER5500%2FDriver) are not recognized. All other drivers are working fine (WLAN, BT).

Model: SER5-L-16500EJ0W64PRO-BD/XP

Could you please tell me witch audio drivers I can use ?

For Main BIOS Screen capture , I already send you on first message. But don’t worry about it. I think I already solve some problem with reinstall Windows 10 OS with update of Secure Boot with this link

Maybe because of the expired BIOS Secure Boot certificate that make my old install Windows 11 (Pre Install) starting BSOD and difficult to enter the system , need to reset / reboot many times.

I also download AMD Software , drivers update. already run for 2 days. I hope will really solve the problem, currently no more BSOD.
I will contact after-sales support if I found a problem again. Many thanks
