Hi Team, I have an SER9 32GB of RAM. Serial Number is YHX374LG8020 SER9-L-321TBVK0W64PRO-DP/XA My current version is: STX.3XX.SER9.V103 Can you please link to the correct bios to flash? There are so many different versions in the SER9 Bios folder.

I have a Beelink SER5. Here are the numbers from the case in case the photo is not available to you. 9Y.UP3190834B10; SN:Y58003CG30853; SER5 MAX-E-321TBEJ0W64PRO-DP/XA. The current BIOS shows version 5800H602 from 6/15/2023 13:49:16. On the files page, 5800H605_LK_20240906_2024-09-14_9-26-52.zip is available. Is this the latest BIOS for my machine and can I flash that file directly or do I need to incremently flash the previous 603 and 604 BIOS files first in order? Thanks.

Please repeatedly press delete key as soon as you turn on the PC, go to BIOS. Please send us a picture of the Main page, we will check if you need to update the BIOS.

We need to know the original BIOS version of your machine first to determine whether SER32003 is applicable to your machine.

You can try to clear CMOS :Please turn off the PC , unplug the power supply and HDMI cable , and press the CMOS pinhole for about 10 seconds. Ten minutes later, plug the power supply and HDMI cable, turn on the PC again.

Please wait about one or two minute, if you can go to the system.
Please repeatedly press delete key as soon as your restart the PC, go to BIOS. Go to Boot option, enable fast boot, press F4 to save.

I have a SER5 Max with a 6800U, S/N is B68005GG11138. Can you please advise me what the latest BIOS is for this machine? I have flashed a BIOS from the website (SER5-MAX-6800-Version–SER32003-for-2_5G-ethernet-32GB-RAM-CPU-performance) however since then the PC shuts down whenever there is an internet connection. I have tried uninstalling the network adapters so they are reinstalled but the same thing happens.

What is the BIOS setting to enable the PC to auto-start when power is turned on?

Thank you for your reply. I was successful in changing the BIOS to always power on when power is restored.

After trying a few times I did find a working set of BlueTooth drivers that work. So that problem seems to be solved now. The correct drivers were in the MT79021-Bluetooth-and-WIFI-driver.zip file

I have turned off win updates via services.msc and restarted.
I have used AMD tool to cleanup.

I have read other posts and seems posible to install AMD drivers directly from their website(https://www.amd.com/es/support/downloads/drivers.html/processors/ryzen/ryzen-8000-series/amd-ryzen-7-8845hs.html) instead of using the old ones provided by bee link. Maybe I miss something

I hope you can help me, otherwise I would appreciate some explanation

The response from the R&D team indicates that the AMD official website’s driver does not include the CPU ID of the 8845HS in the 25.12.1 version.

We suggest that you could start by using version 25.11.1 of the driver or the driver file we provided.
