I have a Beelink SER5. Here are the numbers from the case in case the photo is not available to you. 9Y.UP3190834B10; SN:Y58003CG30853; SER5 MAX-E-321TBEJ0W64PRO-DP/XA. The current BIOS shows version 5800H602 from 6/15/2023 13:49:16. On the files page, 5800H605_LK_20240906_2024-09-14_9-26-52.zip is available. Is this the latest BIOS for my machine and can I flash that file directly or do I need to incremently flash the previous 603 and 604 BIOS files first in order? Thanks.

Here are some potential solutions:

1.Please change another power supply.

2.Overheating. If your PC is overheating, please check if the fan spins. You can also turn off the turbo boost. Go to control panel —power option—change to High performance— change plan setting—advanced setting —processor power management— change both 100% to 99% , click save.

You can try to clear CMOS :Please turn off the PC , unplug the power supply and HDMI cable , and press the CMOS pinhole for about 10 seconds. Ten minutes later, plug the power supply and HDMI cable, turn on the PC again.

Please wait about one or two minute, if you can go to the system.
Please repeatedly press delete key as soon as your restart the PC, go to BIOS. Go to Boot option, enable fast boot, press F4 to save.

Hi there, I have a SER9 with HX370 and 64GB RAM. BIOS version is SER9T305 (19.12.2025).

OS is Ubuntu 24.02

My issue: The backside Thunderbold socket cannot run a USB4 NVMe enclosing - it falls back to USB2. The front USB4 socket can connect this enclosing with USB 3.2 gen2 - but I want to have the promissed 40 Gbps.

What can fix this issue?

Hi, please find the requested screenshots below.

The reset of CMOS and the fast-boot option did not help.

According to Gemini there should be a Thunderbold security configuration option in BIOS (AMD CBS/PBS) - but I cannot find it in the provided BIOS version. This could help to make USB4 usable in Ubuntu I assume.
