Hi Team, I have an SER9 32GB of RAM. Serial Number is YHX374LG8020 SER9-L-321TBVK0W64PRO-DP/XA My current version is: STX.3XX.SER9.V103 Can you please link to the correct bios to flash? There are so many different versions in the SER9 Bios folder.

I have a Beelink SER5. Here are the numbers from the case in case the photo is not available to you. 9Y.UP3190834B10; SN:Y58003CG30853; SER5 MAX-E-321TBEJ0W64PRO-DP/XA. The current BIOS shows version 5800H602 from 6/15/2023 13:49:16. On the files page, 5800H605_LK_20240906_2024-09-14_9-26-52.zip is available. Is this the latest BIOS for my machine and can I flash that file directly or do I need to incremently flash the previous 603 and 604 BIOS files first in order? Thanks.

You can try to clear CMOS :Please turn off the PC , unplug the power supply and HDMI cable , and press the CMOS pinhole for about 10 seconds. Ten minutes later, plug the power supply and HDMI cable, turn on the PC again.
Please wait about one or two minute, if you can go to the system.
Please repeatedly press delete key as soon as your restart the PC, go to BIOS. Go to Boot option, enable fast boot, press F4 to save.

Hi which bios is the correct one for my pc? Also is the ram supposed to run at 6400 i thought the AMD Ryzen AI 9 HX 370 models came with 7500 mt/s ram. Im guessing mine is a bit older version of the ser 9 pro? ![

Today I received a new Beelink SER9 Ryzen AI 9 HX 370 mini PC.
Basically, everything is fine, as far as Windows is concerned – it activated, updated, and works.

But I need Debian for work. For this, I bought a second SSD and installed a second Debian 12 system on it. But then I encountered a problem – it won’t boot because of
amdgpu: fatal error during gpu unit (error -22)

AI recommends updating the BIOS to resolve this issue.
