Hi Team, I have an SER9 32GB of RAM. Serial Number is YHX374LG8020 SER9-L-321TBVK0W64PRO-DP/XA My current version is: STX.3XX.SER9.V103 Can you please link to the correct bios to flash? There are so many different versions in the SER9 Bios folder.

I have a Beelink SER5. Here are the numbers from the case in case the photo is not available to you. 9Y.UP3190834B10; SN:Y58003CG30853; SER5 MAX-E-321TBEJ0W64PRO-DP/XA. The current BIOS shows version 5800H602 from 6/15/2023 13:49:16. On the files page, 5800H605_LK_20240906_2024-09-14_9-26-52.zip is available. Is this the latest BIOS for my machine and can I flash that file directly or do I need to incremently flash the previous 603 and 604 BIOS files first in order? Thanks.

Like some other people here my PC Is freezing like crazy after the newest AMD chipset drivers got installed the other day.

I guess I should not have used the ones from AMD web site 😭

Hello, I have encountered the bug where the CPU frequency get capped at under 0.8GHz when any GPU work is running. I believe this has been fixed in the SER5 MAX 6800U/6800H models. Could I have the BIOS fix for my 7735H models also?

Hello, I have a Beelink SER8 with a Ryzen 7 8845HS currently running BIOS version SER8_P5C8V23.

Recently I experienced several DPC_WATCHDOG_VIOLATION BSODs related to amdgpio2.sys after updating to newer AMD drivers/chipset versions. After reverting the AMD GPIO driver and removing the newer chipset drivers, the system became much more stable.

I saw that you were providing recommended/stable drivers for some users, so I wanted to ask if you could share the recommended chipset/GPU drivers for my specific model and BIOS version, and whether they are compatible with BIOS V23 or if you recommend updating to BIOS V35 first.

Hello, I experienced the same with my SER8. The PC rebooted and halted constantly. I needed to reinstall win11 at the end and use older AMD driver. This not an acceptable behaviour from beelink.

Sorry for the trouble.

The problem you encountered is related to AMD chipset/graphic driver compatibility. Currently only the original factory driver is fully compatible with our devices. The latest official AMD drivers are not yet adapted for our models.
Our R&D team is in communication with AMD to optimize and match the newest drivers.
To fix the recurring startup failure without system reinstallation, please roll back to the original built-in graphic driver temporarily. This will stabilize your device startup performance.
We will keep you updated once the compatible new driver is released.

Hi, there!
On May, 22, I have the AMD Chipset automatically updated and my SER8 8745 started to crash.
I had to reinstall Windows for about 4 times, ’till I found the problem was on the 2.20.137 GPIO driver.
I rolled back to a previous restore point and the crashes stopped.
But now, device manager shows 4 devices without any driver and I cannot install them, even with the Chipset Driver application that is on the SER8 Drivers link of first message.
Could you help me to get them installed?
