Regarding the driver error of “Mutimedia Controller”, it is recommended that you try updating the audio driver.
Regarding the “PCI” driver error, it is recommended that you try updating the chipset driver.

Regarding “Unknown device”, could you please tell me if the USB interface of your machine is also connected to any other devices besides the mouse and keyboard?

I just bought an SER8 AMD Ryzen 7 8845HS 24GB DDR5 RAM 1TB M.2 drive, and I’d like to know which drivers and BIOS updates I need to install or update once it arrives. I found the download links, but I’m not sure which ones I should install and which ones I shouldn’t. Can you help me? Do you have a PDF with installation instructions to get me started?

Or can I just download Adrenalin and update everything normally for drivers ?

Hi everyone,

I would like to update the BIOS of my Mini PC to ensure system stability, but I know there are different hardware revisions and I want to make sure I don’t flash the wrong version.

hello. I have the SER5 Max L. Here is the model number: SER5-MAX-L-24500EJ0W64PRO-DP/XA. The current build I have is 03/15/2025 5.24.

I would like the latest bios for this machine please. I wish there was an easier way to get bios updates for these older computers.

I have a brand new unit where the 10gbe card intermittently stops working in Linux. It says the cable is unplugged. I have to shut off the machine completely and then the NIC turns on when it’s powered off. Then I restart the issue is resolved until it happens again. Your links on the website do not work.

I will try to take a picture of it. For the moment, I have issue with critical errors 0xC0000035, 0xC0000188, Device association Service detected an endpoint discovery failure, Intel System Usage Report Failure and others. I already replace the SSD, Swap the RAM (installed one at a time), reinstall the new OS, already reset the CMOS, Discharge the capacitor (Full Power Reset).

You can try to clear CMOS : Please turn off the PC , unplug the power supply and HDMI cable , and press the CMOS pinhole ( the CMOS pinhole is in the audio port) for about 10 seconds. Ten minutes later, plug the power supply and HDMI cable, turn on the PC again.
Please wait about one or two minute, if you can go to the system.
Please repeatedly press delete key as soon as your restart the PC, go to BIOS. Go to Boot option, enable fast boot, press F4 to save.
